1. Service

Archdle is a daily architecture-decision training game ("Service") operated as a non-commercial personal project by Samuel Orlando, a natural person based in Italy (no VAT number). Use of the Service is provided free of charge, "as is" and without warranty of any kind, express or implied.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for protecting your password. You may delete your account at any time from your profile page.

3. Acceptable use

• No abuse: do not attempt to flood the API, scrape content, or bypass rate limits.
• No reverse engineering of game-content delivery.
• No use of the leaderboard for harassment.
• Display names must not contain hate speech or impersonation.

4. Content

Use case scenarios, hints, and explanations are authored by Archdle and protected by copyright. You may not republish them. Fair-use citations of short excerpts (≤ 50 words) for commentary are permitted.

5. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may close your account at any time.

6. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Archdle is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Total aggregate liability is capped at the amount you paid in the last 12 months (currently zero, as the Service is free).

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Italian Republic. Any dispute arising from or related to these terms or the use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent Italian courts, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection law that grants you, as a consumer resident in the European Union, the right to bring proceedings before the courts of your country of residence.
